lr44 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the lr44 platform. This is a legal agreement between you and us.

General Terms

By using the website https://lr44.cam, operated by lr44 (hereinafter referred to as "the platform", "we" or "our"), you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions. These terms form a legal agreement applicable between you and lr44.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this platform. Registering with lr44, creating an account, or participating in any type of game constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

lr44 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play principles. We are committed to protecting the interests of all users.

These terms operate according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). This time zone applies to the resolution of any disputes.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with lr44, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Each person may create only one account.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  • You must transact using your own name and your own payment method.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you believe your account is being used by someone without your authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change, update them in your account profile as soon as possible. lr44 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

lr44 strictly prevents anyone under the age of 21 from using the platform. At the time of registration and at any stage thereafter, we may request the following documents for identity verification:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
  • A bank statement or proof of payment method
  • Any document as proof of current address
Providing false information or forged documents will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

lr44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to make deposits at lr44. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Using another person's account or card instead of a payment method registered in your own name is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Completed identity verification is mandatory at the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawal time: within 1 hour. Withdrawals are approved subject to fulfillment of all bonus wagering requirements.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). lr44 does not bear responsibility for foreign currency conversion.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

lr44 reserves the right to investigate or suspend a transaction if an attempt is made to withdraw the full deposit amount without using it in any game, or if an unusual transaction pattern is detected.

Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 20 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

  • Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
  • A bonus can only be applied to one account once.
  • Using a bonus on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
  • If a bonus is not activated within the specified time after being issued, it will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

lr44 periodically provides special promotional offers, cashback, and reload bonuses. The specific terms for each of these offers will be stated in the description of each offer and will apply alongside these general terms and conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on lr44 are operated following fair play principles. It is advisable to read the rules of each game carefully before participating.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the bets for that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. The "Malfunction voids all pays" policy applies.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount. It is not possible to place a bet outside these limits. lr44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusually large bets.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules for each event apply for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA World Cup and club tournaments), and other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lr44 platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
  • Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
  • Manipulating game results or engaging in collusion with other players.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Hacking or fraudulently collecting another user's information.
  • Introducing viruses or harmful code into lr44's systems.
  • Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 lr44's Rights

lr44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Refusal to undergo identity verification or failure to provide verification documents.
  • Violation of age-related requirements.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned subject to bonus terms being fulfilled.

Limitation of Liability

lr44 does not bear any liability for the following:

  • A game session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
  • Losses caused by issues with your device or software.
  • Technical issues with third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
  • Losses arising from disclosure of your account information to others.
  • Unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure).

In any situation, lr44's maximum liability will be limited to the actual deposit amount in your account.
